Industry Problem

  • 2012 – New construction increased and the Cx prices also increased and never stopped
  • 2017 – Cx prices are at an all-time high
  • Clients now face the pressure of budgetary headaches for code-required Cx
  • Cx requirements have changed minimally over the years, yet providers are charging their clients double to triple their costs all the while venturing further away from services tailored specifically to each client and more towards generalized template-based services. 

Zephyr Solution

  • Zephyr was established with the idea of providing services tailored specifically to each project at an appropriate budget (much lower budget than the competition).  Whether clients are focused solely on meeting code requirements or are just interested in all details related to their new project, Shane Mason envisioned a fully tailored and less cost prohibitive path to building commissioning.  He has devoting his career to commissioning and has the experience to deliver project-specific documentation using an approach that adds value to a project, not debt.
